Subvra is a product of GateX Limited ("we", "us"). We operate subvra.com, a web application for Apple Search Ads management with RevenueCat revenue attribution. Registered office: 44 Broadway, Stratford, London, E15 1XH, United Kingdom. For privacy questions, email [email protected].

• Account info: email address and account membership.
• Apple Search Ads credentials you provide (encrypted at rest).
• RevenueCat API credentials you provide (encrypted at rest).
• Campaign, keyword, and performance data synced from Apple Ads.
• Revenue and subscription metrics synced from RevenueCat when connected.
• Billing status via Stripe (we do not store full payment card numbers).
• Audit logs of important actions in your account.

We use your data only to run the service: syncing campaigns, showing analytics, capping bids with the profit engine, running Autopilot when enabled, sending magic-link sign-in emails, and billing your subscription.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your campaign data to train public models.

Subvra connects to services you authorize:

• Apple Search Ads API: campaign management and reporting.
• RevenueCat: revenue attribution (optional).
• Stripe: subscription billing.
• Resend: transactional email (magic links and alerts).
• OpenAI: keyword generation for Autopilot only; no ad performance data is sold to OpenAI.

Tenant secrets (Apple Ads and RevenueCat credentials) are encrypted with AES-256-GCM per account. Data is stored in your hosted MongoDB instance. Access is scoped by account; we design every query around your account ID.

We keep your data while your account is active. If you cancel and request deletion, we will remove or anonymize account data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records for legal or billing purposes.

• Disconnect Apple Ads or RevenueCat anytime in Settings.
• Manage email alerts in Settings.
• Cancel your subscription via the Stripe customer portal.
• Request access or deletion by emailing [email protected].
